Reserve an Instrument

Thank you for your interest in borrowing an instrument. Please fill out the information below. This information helps us get funding from sponsors and grants to keep our work going. We appreciate your help.

Please verify on the Instrument Library Directory whether the instrument is available by looking under the image of the instrument you would like to borrow to see if it says “Available” before submitting this form. Additionally, make note of the instrument number that you are requesting to complete the form.

YOU MUST have a residence and live on Vashon-Maury Island to check out an instrument. Instruments are not allowed to leave the Island.

WE’VE MOVED THE INSTRUMENT LIBRARY IN WITH THE TOOL LIBRARY AT OPEN SPACE FOR ARTS & COMMUNITY!

You are now able to pick up and drop off instruments at this new location on the following days:

Wednesdays from 4pm-5pm
Saturdays from 11am-12pm

The pickup/dropoff spot is next to Open Space for Arts & Community at 18870 103rd Ave SW, Vashon, WA 98070. Just follow the Tool Library signs! Just pull up to the loading dock door on the NE side of the O2 building and Ruben Arnot will help you with your pickup or dropoff.

We feel extremely fortunate to have Ruben Arnot working with us for the last year. He is coordinating all incoming and outgoing instruments in the Vashon Events Music Instrument Library. Ruben is pretty awesome!
