ROCK SHOW at Snapdragon, Vashon, WA, on Saturday, December 7, 7pm! The Duration, Soul Dust and special guests from Seattle, The Primate 5!

All you Vashon critters, ape down to Snapdragon and warm yourselves by our firey hearth of rock.

The Duration....playing original music from old growth rock and rollers, is a band of islanders, with Kevin Kim-Murphy and Ryan Gray on guitar, Shawn Carkonen on bass and vocals, and Teryn Citino on drums.

Soul Dust.... the newest NW family rock band you never knew you knew (and, deep Vashon roots if you can figure 'em out)! Expansive dream-rock prone to ecstatic daliances into flavors of Americana sure to please a mix of musical tastes that span from Tom Petty to the Grateful Dead to electro floater guitar rock like early b-side U2. Soul's dusted in the band: Sean Williams, Andy Hancock, Mark Ledbetter, Rex McFarlin... or, so they say.

The Primate 5... special guests bring an energetic surf-rock vibe as they monkey around with what they describe as Garage Rock. If you see gorillas, don't be alarmed.
